Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from Mini Mini Jewels! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, and want to return it, please contact us before shipping it back for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without RA#'s assigned by us may experience delays in processing.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days from the date we receive it in the mail. Please be sure to ship your returns with a trackable method.

 

Shipping

-We ship from Los Angeles, California.

-In most cases we ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.**

** Our offices are currently closed due to the mandatory shelter at home order given out by the State of California and City of Los Angeles in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. As soon as the order is lifted and we are permitted to get back to work, orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.  We thank you for your understanding. ** 

-We do not ship on US Holidays when USPS is closed.

-Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once an item is shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive our email.

- For international purchases, buyer is responsible for all import taxes, and custom's duties. Please reference your local import laws to get an estimate of what this charge might be prior to purchasing an item.

-Due to the value of the products we sell, all orders will be shipped to the billing address given. We currently cannot ship to any other address. Thank your for understanding.
